Graduations!! Joe & Mandi & Alli :)

Joe, Mandi & Alli all had graduations in May.
Mandi graduated from 8th grade in a "promotion" ceremony to send them off to be "Fish" in High School.

Alli graduated from High School!!

And Joe graduated from Baylor with a Bachelor's of Arts in Religion.

(Mandi had already headed to the restaurant with Aunt Pam, so she missed the photo session outside of the Ferrell Center after the ceremony.)

I'm so proud of all 3 of them!! Here's a humbling fact though... Alli was born right after Joe and I graduated High School, and Joe and Alli graduated from college and high school together!!

Not to mention Joe graduating from college at the same time as his oldest daughter graduated from middle school!! I'd like to say it took him 19 years to finish a 4 year degree (hee-hee), but I guess that's a bit misleading since he went back 14 years later with enough hours to be a Junior, and got a Turf Grass degree in the meanwhile.

(It's my turn now...NOT! "No thank you" to going back to school!!!)

PROM 2006

Both of my niece's, Alli (Senior) and Kelli (Freshman) went to the Junior/Senior prom this year. I took pictures of them and their dates (Gage & Eric) at the Suspension Bridge and also as they arrived at the prom. I also posted a few shots from Alli's camera at the salon getting all prettied up!

Alli's Senior Pictures

"SUPERSTAR!!"

I took my niece's Senior pictures...free, of course, for Alli. Hoping to take more of some local Seniors this year for pay... but more on that in a later post.

Alli is a perfect subject to work with, so it's hard for me to take too much of the credit for how beautiful her portraits turned out!

Also got to snap a few of the other kiddos while we were at it!
