Happy Holiday Season!

Happy Holiday Card, Blog-style! This is a card I created from a picture of Cam from a Fall photo shoot at his preschool center that I recently did... followed by a few more of my little man from the same day! All of the kids were soooo precious!

And a couple of funny ones of my niece Alli, who is Cam's afternoon teacher, and helped me with the photo shoot...

Fiesta Texas

We took a three night, four day short trip to San Antonio at the beginning of June to celebrate summer as well as a new beginning... I left Baylor University on May 31st after exactly 7 years as a Sr Analyst/Programmer for my alma mater to run my photography business full time. We are closing in on having the studio finished. We're having some new flooring installed this week, Joe (with some help from the rest of us) painted the entire interior, including ceilings... we still have to paint the interior doors and trim. We have a few new light fixtures to install. And my new office furniture is scheduled to arrive on Monday, which will allow us to get the computer and everything remaining out of the dining room at the house! (Then we must purge and reorganize the house that's grown much too small for the five of us and our "stuff"!)

The trip was a lot of fun, although an adventure with a toddler! He was very good though. We stayed at the Hilton on The Riverwalk, and went to Fiesta Texas 2 different days... once to the water park, and once to the ride part of the park. We ate 3 times on the Riverwalk, including Joe's Crab Shack and the Hard Rock Cafe. We love San Antonio!

Prom 2007

SOOO much going on that it's been over a month since I've posted! Prom came and went, and we did the prom pictures! Here are a few of daughter Mandi (black & ivory dress) and my niece Kelli (ice blue dress). They both looked stunning!

Little Drummer Boy?!

Camo loves the drums. Mandi thinks that's really cool since boyfriend CJ is the drummer in a Christian rock band. CJ's a great drummer! Coincidence?!... Camden's initials are also CJ (Camden Joseph)...

I still vote for doctor, but maybe he can be in a garage band on the side... ;)

Six Flags!!!!

It was time for Cam's first trip to Six Flags! We went the Friday of Spring Break...

In attendance was: Joe, Traci, Mandi, Mandi's boyfriend CJ, Shelbi, Camden, Alli, Alli's boyfriend Gage, Kelli, & Kelli's friend Lauren. Aunt Pam wouldn't go (she's a loser)!!

Cam's absolute most favorite ride was the big Carousel! We had to pry his little hands off the bar to get off the ride!!

It was a lot of fun!!
