Trick or Treat!

I took "Pumpkin Patch" pictures at our church's Fall Festival on Halloween night.
This was from the night before while setting up and testing my set... Cam dropped his pumpkin (on purpose for dramatic effect, I might add!)...

Camden is 1 Year Old!
I can't believe my precious baby boy is already 1 year old! This year has just FLOWN by! He is the sweetest, best baby in the world!
Here he is just one short year ago...
He's saying several words and trying to say new ones all the time. He's walking as much or more than he's crawling now. He loves everyone and has such a sweet disposition! We all think he's pretty great!! :)
He had a big time at his birthday party and I've attached a photo album...

I'm a BAD, BAD Blogger!!!
Yes, somehow I got 3 months behind on updating my blog. :( Once graduations and summer hit, I never could seem to find time to post. I got really involved in planning a new business venture and some training for that. :) I've posted 10 posts before this all at once to catch you up to date...be sure and go all the way back to "Alli's Senior Pictures" (go back to the archives) to make sure you see them all!!!

Camden is already 10 MONTHS OLD!! :(
He is growing so fast and the days are flying by to where we can't hardly keep up! I see newborn babies and can't believe how much Camden has changed in such a short amount of time. He is so much fun for all of us right now! He isn't walking without holding on yet, but he's getting braver and braver manuevering around furniture. He's let go and stood alone a few times... until he realizes what he's doing and then he sits down. He's developed a "sprint crawl" as we call it. He can be gone in a flash! And he's started "running" from us! HA!!!
Here he is eating his first whole Oreo cookie! He reached up and grabbed it off of the table (at bedtime!), and I didn't have the heart to take it away. So I put a bib on him and put him in his highchair...

Camden 9 months old...
Camden turned 9 months old in July...seems like just yesterday that it was last July and I thought I'd be pregnant forever!
Almost everyone who comments about who Camden looks like says he looks like Shelbi...
Here are pictures of Shelbi and Camden, both at 9 months old...
They do look alike. However, I also see Mandi in him. One thing that looks more like Mandi is his open mouth smile... she always smiled like that as a baby! I need to dig out some of Mandi's prints and scan them... there was no digital when she was a baby!! :( I don't have many digital of Shelbi either. I'll dig some out of both of them soon, scan and post some more...
"Tomorrow's Memories"
One thing that's kept me so busy over the summer is that I started my own photography business: Tomorrow's Memories Photography, LLC. I'm so excited! I wish I could do photography full-time...maybe one day!! Joe & I are talking about converting our formal dining room into a studio. I've had business cards printed up, and I'm currently targeting 2006-2007 High School Seniors for business.
I'm working on a "real" website (meaning using FrontPage instead of the templates my web hosting company provides). But you can check out my website anyway at http://www.tomorrowsmemorieswaco.com/. I've taken two online photography courses through our community college this summer, and soon I'm hoping to join an online photography school with personalized training under an amazing portrait photographer. I want to focus mainly on portrait photography. I haven't decided if I'm going to do weddings yet.
My first paid job was taking pictures of an acapella, Christian singing trio called Beyond Jordan. One of the singers, Kelli "Mac" works with my sister. The shoot was fun and we got a lot of good shots out of it. They're wanting to use the photographs in promotional materials and their demo CD insert.
Vacation at Corpus Christi beach
FUN IN THE SUN!!
At the end of June, our family and my sister's family (Pam, Brian, Alli, Kelli) all went to Corpus Christi for a long 4th of July weekend. We stayed in Condos right on the beach. 
It was a lot of fun! Sadly enough, this was the first time EITHER of my girls had ever been to a real beach!!!

A Camden Burrito!! This was so funny! He was so tired from playing in the water and sun. Then Daddy fed him and wrapped him up in the beach towel while we were packing up to go back in. He just laid there looking at us for about 5 minutes!! Too funny!
