Well, our CS Varsity girls did it! We won by 1 point Friday night in the Regional Semi-finals to advance to Saturday to play our district rival, Lorena! We've beat them 4 times this year... Saturday made 5!!!!!!! We won 66 to 50. We were down 5 at the half, but held the Leopards scoreless in the 2nd half for more than 6 minutes... the momentum swung to the Lady Cougars!! "The rest is history" as they say... we're Regional Champs, headed to Austin on Thursday for the state playoffs. If we win Thursday, we'll play again Saturday.
